Newly appointed Super Eagles’ gaffer, Sunday Oliseh, would be smiling to the bank as the Nigeria Football Federation has approved an advance payment of three months salary to him.
The NFF President, Amaju Pinnick, disclosed on Wednesday in Abuja that the country’s soccer governing body would immediately pay three months’ salary of Oliseh and his assistants.
Oliseh would enjoy the gesture along with his backroom staff which include Belgian Jean Francois Loscuito, Salisu Yusuf and goalkeeper trainer Alloy Agu.
The 40-year old tactician, who penned a-three year deal with NFF, would pocket N5 million monthly.
His first task is to prepare the Super Eagles for the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier away to Tanzania in the first week of September, as well as an international friendly some days later.
