Abia Warriors FC of Umuahia on Saturday suffered a 0-2 loss to Wikki Tourists in a Match Day 29 fixture at the Abubakar Tafawa Balewa Stadium, Bauchi.
Wkki Tourists scored its first goal in the 24th minute of the Nigeria Professional Football League match through Alhassan Mu’azzam.
Wikki Tourist, currently in the second position on the league table before the encounter, scored its second goal in the 62nd minute through Godwin Obaje.
Obaje is currently the leading scorer in the league with 14 goals so far on both home and away matches.
Wikki Tourist will face Akwa United at the Akwa Ibom Stadium in the Match Day 30 fixture.
Before its match with Akwa United, Wikki will meet Crown FC of Oshogbo during the mid-week fixtures in the quarter-final of the ongoing Federation Cup.
