Former Leicester and Chelsea boss, Claudio Ranieri, is to take over at French League side, FC Nantes.
The Italian has been out of work since being sacked by Leicester in February despite incredibly leading them to the Premier League title just nine months earlier.
But the 65-year-old looks set for new employment with Nantes, who are ready to announce his arrival, according to L’Equipe.
Ranieri has been linked with the vacant job with the Ligue 1 club for some time and reports suggest the reason for the hold up was Crystal Palace.
It has been claimed that the manager would have been keen to take over at Selhurst Park, where the hotseat is vacant after Sam Allardyce walked out on the club.
But with no formal offer forthcoming, Ranieri has now decided to give Nantes the nod.
