Man found hanging in his room in Oyo State

A 37-year-old man, Muyideen Jimoh, was on Tuesday found dead in his room at Alarafa Oje Area of Ibadan, the Oyo State capital.
Tajudeen Jimoh, a younger brother to the deceased, told the News Agency of Nigeria that the corpse was found hanging from the ceiling of the room.
According to Jimoh, the landlord, Ranti Ayilara, found the corpse and immediately alerted other tenants.
Confirming the incident, the Oyo State Police Public Relations Officer, Bisi Ilobanefor, said the victim was taken to Adeoyo State Hospital where he was confirmed dead.
“His corpse has been deposited at the hospital’s mortuary,: Ilobanefor said.
