The representative of Ekiti, Isin, Irepodun and Oke-Ero Federal Constituency, Tunji Olawuyi, has been re-elected.
Dr. Nurudeen Bello, Returning Officer of the Independent National Electoral Commission, declared him reelected.
Bello pronounced the candidate of the All Progressives Congress reelected at the collation centre in OmuAran on Sunday.
Announcing the official result, he said 59,075 voters were accredited, with the APC polling 22,140; Peoples Democratic Party 19,092; while the Social Democratic Party polled 933.
He said: “In view of that, the candidate of the APC is declared winner as the party had polled the highest number of votes.”
