FTK releases ‘Gbesoke remix’ featuring 9ice, debuts in Ghana

If you aren’t at least peripherally aware of FTK, there’s a good chance you’ll very soon get to know and hear about them.
The group, founded and operated by two Nigerian twin brothers, Taiwo and Kehinde Falobi, is already making waves with their style of music and performance.
FTK has just released “GBESOKE remix” in Nigeria and Ghana.
Featuring the popular Nigerian Act, 9ice, it is a fast tempo celebration of their act, which is directed at both the youths and the old alike.
They have previously released five singles with two videos while two singles are also ready, but yet to be released.
If there’s one word to aptly describe FTK’s artistic ingenuity and personal growth, it is certainly hard work, as their passion for music led them to record their first single in the same year (2014) they started out.
Falobi Taiwo and Kehinde are both undergraduates of Babcock University, Nigeria, where they are currently studying Mass Communication with bias for Advertising and Journalism respectively.
They ventured into the world of music and have so far released four audio singles and two videos.
On their plans for Ghana, FTK had this to say: “We want to make Ghana our second home/base.
“We look forward to a mutually beneficial relationship with Ghanaians as we seek to position ourselves as total artistes.
“Our strength lies in our ability to play some instruments, understanding of music having gone through a music school, energetic but choreographed dance steps backed up with professional dancers as well as proven ability to perform with live bands.”
Their releases so far are ASSASIN (video and audio) released in October, 2014; I don crase (audio only) released in October, 2014; Shout Out (video and audio) released in March, 2015; Shake bum bum (audio only) released in May, 2015; Gbesoke (audio) released in 2015; Ise Oluwa (audio ready but yet to be released; and The Crown (audio ready but yet to be released.
