Following the address of President Bola Tinubu to aggrieved protesters, the Lagos State Commissioner of Police, Adegoke Fayoade, said the ongoing #EndBadGovernanceinNigeria protest is hereby banned.
Fayoade, while addressing journalists on Sunday, declared that any gathering in the state is unlawful and illegal since the President has addressed protesters.
“The protest has been called off because of the President’s speech. They believe that the President has spoken, and they are looking forward to him meeting their demands.
