The leading political parties in the Edo State governorship election, the All Progressives Congress and the Peoples Democratic Party, have split the results from two additional local government areas just announced by the Independent National Electoral Commission.
The election was held on Wednesday.
The additional two results showed that the APC took Oredo Local Government Area, while the PDP won in Ewan South East Local Government Area.
With the announcement of the additional two local government areas, the APC has won in six local government areas, while the PDP took two.
