A shootout between Customs officials and rice smugglers had resulted in the killing of some residents in Iseyin, a town in the Oke Ogun area of Oyo State.

The suspect was arrested following a report lodged at the Adatan Divisional Headquarters by the chairman, Ilupeju community, Oke Aregba, Abeokuta.
