A Federal High Court sitting in Abuja has struck out all suits seeking to stop the conclusion of the governorship election in Kogi State on Saturday.
Justice Gabriel Kolawole struck out the suits.
The suits were filed by the incumbent and candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, Captain Idris Wada; the PDP; and the deputy governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Hon. James Faleke.
Justice Kolawole told the litigants to head to the elections petitions tribunal if they remained unsatisfied with the outcome of the election scheduled to be completed on Saturday.
