Mosengo-Omba said: “The town of Vilankulos is really a beautiful place and will provide a perfect backdrop for what we hope will be a successful Beach Soccer Africa Cup of Nations. This is an important competition in the CAF calendar. We saw already with the 2021 Beach Soccer AFCON in Senegal that was a top quality event. We hope this will keep such standards and build from it. We wish the seven countries the best of luck.”
