Governor Monday Okpebholo of Edo State has appointed Ivie Idahosa as the General Manager of the Edo State Community and Social Development Agency (CSDA).
The appointment, which takes immediate effect, was announced in a statement by the Secretary to the State Government on Friday.
The statement reads: “Ivie Idahosa holds a Bachelor’s degree in agricultural economics and rural development.
“She also holds two Master’s degrees, one in International Marketing Management from the prestigious Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen, Scotland, and another in Data Analytics; Healthcare Services Management from Rutgers University in Newark, New Jersey, USA.

“She is a member of several professional bodies in the UK and the USA, including the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and Project Management Professional (PMP).
“Idahosa possesses exceptional skills in Agriculture; Rural Development, Strategic Marketing, Data-Driven Decision-Making, and Healthcare Management.
“She has a proven track record of driving growth, enhancing efficiency, and fostering community development.
“With her expertise and experience, she is committed to making a transformative impact in Edo State, promoting sustainable development, and improving the quality of life for Edo communities.”
The statement also highlighted that Idahosa is a native of Ehor in Uhunmwode Local Government Area of Edo State.
It added: “Until her appointment, Idahosa served as a principal manager at Cooper University Hospital, a renowned research hospital in New Jersey, USA.”
