Breaking: Michael Jackson’s father is dead

Joe Jackson, the father of Michael and Janet Jackson, is dead.
Jackson’s death was confirmed by the agent of Tito Jackson on Wednesday to Hollywood Reporter.
He was reported to have been battling cancer before dying at 89 on Wednesday by TMZ.
One of his grandsons, Taj Jackson, wrote on social media on Wednesday: “Joe was loved by our ENTIRE family and our hearts are in pain.”
Another grandson, Randy Jackson Jr, also paid tribute on Twitter
The late Jackson was born July 26, 1928 in Arkansas.
He married wife Katherine in 1949 and they had 10 children together.
His sons were Jackie, Tito, Jermaine, Marlon, Brandon (Marlon’s twin, who died shortly after birth), Michael and Randy.
He has three daughters: Rebbie, La Toya and Janet.
He also had another daughter, Joh’Vonnie Jackson, with Cheryl Terrell, with whom he reportedly had a 25-year affair.
