President Muhammadu Buhari on Thursday goofed at the rally of the All Progressives Congress in Delta State when he referred to the state’s governorship candidate, Great Ogboru, as “presidential candidate”.
The error was committed by Buhari at the point of handing over the party’s flag to the governorship candidate in Warri, Delta State.
He said: “I am handing over this flag of honour to our presidential candidate.”
However, when man on the podium to his left corrected him, saying: “gubernatorial,” the President goofed further by saying: “To our senatorial candidate.”
When the man again corrected him, saying: “gubernatorial,” Buhari said: “Governortorial candidate.”
