He gave the charge on Tuesday, 3 May 2022 during the Chief of Army Staff Sallah Luncheon with troops in Damaturu, the Yobe State capital.
Damasak, the main town of the Mobbar Local Government Area, is located near the confluence of the Yobe River and Komadugu Gana River, adjoining the border with Niger 34 km from Difa in Niger and 3km between Damasak and the border with Niger.
The reaction was contained in a statement signed by its spokesman, Brigadier General Onyema Nwachukwu, on Saturday.
The Theatre Commander, Maj.-Gen. Christopher Musa, made the disclosure in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria in Maiduguri on Tuesday.
