Mohammed Etsu, Chairman of the State Board of Internal Revenue, disclosed this on Tuesday in Minna, Niger State.

This is coming a week after former Spokesman of the All Progressives Congress in the state, Comrade Jonathan Vatsa, lambasted President Muhhamadu Buhari for “shortchanging” Niger State after massively voting for him.
