Browsing: Justice Charles Agbaza

Counsel for the leadership of the society, Ibrahim Idris, told journalists shortly after the sitting that the veracity of the judgment delivered by Justice Charles Agbaza would be tested at the Court of Appeal.

The trial, which began before Justice Jude Okeke of the FCT High Court, Maitama, Abuja on Feb. 13, 2019,  was transferred to Justice Charles Agbaza  following Okeke’s death.
