The 28-year-old driver was charged with driving against traffic, reckless driving, driving without licence and manslaughter.

Those on trial before the court are Gabriel Ajayi, 28; Taiwo Ajayi, 27; Kehinde Ajayi, 27; and AbdulSalam Quadri, 23.

The Prosecutor, Inspector Sunday Osanyintuyi, told the court the defendant committed the offence over three years.

The Prosecutor, Insp Adesina Elijah, told the court that the defendant committed the offences on October 10 around 11:05 a.m. at Oke-Ogbo area of Ile-Ife.

The Prosecutor, Inspector Sunday Osanyintuyi, said the defendant committed the offence at Mayfair area of Ile-Ife.

The Prosecutor, Insp Emmanuel Abdullahi, told the court that the defendant committed the offence on Aug 5, 2022 around 09:45 pm at  ATC Network Mask Company, Akintola Obaloran Ilode Area, Ile-Ife.
