A distraught father, M. Chimaobi, has gone to the Advocates for Children and Vulnerable Persons Network, a non-governmental organisation with head office in Lagos State, Nigeria, asking that the instrumentalities of the law, fairness and justice should be deployed to retrieve his child from his estranged wife.
