The Progressive Governors Forum on the platform of the All Progressives Congress has commended President Muhammadu Buhari for restoring budget cycle by signing the 2020 Budget before the end of the previous year.

Lawan spoke shortly before the Senate adjourned for a two-month recess, which was initially delayed to allow for the confirmation of the 43 nominees of President Muhammadu Buhari for ministerial appointments.
