Suspended Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan and a group of her supporters, including an activist, Aisha Yesufu, on Tuesday departed from the main entrance of the National Assembly Complex after an unsuccessful attempt to gain entry.

Security operatives had earlier denied the representative of Kogi Central Senatorial District entry with her car after she arrived the complex, forcing her to walk in.

However, she was prevented by the National Assembly security from gaining entrance into the main premises of nation’s parliament.

After waiting endlessly at the main entrance of the National Assembly to gain access, Senator Akpoti-Uduaghan left with her supporters.
