On May 29, 2013, President Goodluck Jonathan presented to Nigerians a scorecard of the performance of his government in its first two years in office.
Coming at the mid of his four yours government, it was aptly termed the midterm assessment by many.
President Jonathan scored his administration high in the assessment.
