Embattled Senator Dino Melaye on Saturday mocked the just concluded State Congresses of the All Progressives Congress, held in most states across the country on Saturday.
Melaye, who is currently facing trial on criminal charges, was granted bail on May 16, 2018 due to his health condition.
But despite still being at the National Hospital where he is undergoing treatment, Melaye took to his Twitter handle to mock the Congresses.
He tweeted: “Congratulations to the 72 new State Chairmen of APC. Every where na double double. What a blessed party!!!!”
However, some of his followers on twitter in their responses to his tweet lambasted him.
One of his followers: @phateye: “You’re no longer in custody? Congratulations distinguished suspected criminal/senator.”
@okeydgeneral: “You don begin dey shake table again abi.”
@MusaSalami: “Very unfortunate that we have senators that are criminal in NASS, especially this 8th NASS. It can only be in Nigeria. This country take a lot of shittttttt.”
@Musa@Salamj: “Thank u Senator that jump out of moving vehicle. We only have 36 Authentic Chairman while ur other second batch are met for chairman of PDP, ADP,SDP and wherever u and Saraki are going to. Make UBA leave our party on time so that we can have peace.”
@official-Suanu: “You are no longer sick abi? Don’t worry, you will have more time to cry on @Twitter in 2019.”
