The Special Panel of the Court of Appeal sitting over the Peoples Democratic Party crisis has adjourned indefinitely its judgement on the crisis rocking the party.
The panel took the decision following the suit filed at the Supreme Court by one of the parties to the case.
The Head of the Court of Appeal panel, Justice Ibrahim Saulawa, made the position of judges known on Friday and adjourned indefinitely.
By implication, this means Jimoh Ibrahim will remain the candidate of the PDP for the Ondo State governorship election.
The Independent National Electoral Commission recognized Ibrahim as the party’s candidate.
