In continuation of the 2025 Hajj preparations, the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria, Prof. Abdullahi Saleh Usman, has met with the Saudi General Authority of Civil Aviation Chief, Engr. Mazeen Ahmad Bazuhair.
Prof. Usman during the meeting with the GACA Chief spoke on slot allocation to Nigerian air carriers for airlift of Nigeria’s pilgrims.
Also, the NAHCON boss briefed the participants at the meeting on the Commission’s arrangements so far.
On his own, Engr. Bazuhair expressed concern over essential steps yet to be taken to facilitate timely allocation of airlift slots to the country’s carriers.

In a related development, the Hajj and Umrah Tour Operators Association paid a courtesy visit to the NAHCON Chairman.
HUTOUN Secretary, Bemekun Rasheed, assured the Chairman of the Association’s support.
Rasheed informed that members of his association wish to identify with the Commission’s chosen service providers, Mashariq Al-Dhahabia Company.
HUTOUN delegation has since met with the Mashariq Service providers to discuss modalities and packages available to them as Private Tour Operators.
