Justice Okon Abang, in his judgment, agreed with the Independent National Electoral Commission that Omeih Ikoli Ayebanoa, who was nominated as the running mate to the party’s governorship candidate, Sunny Agadabin, did not meet the statutory age requirement for the said office.
