In the petition dated May 30, 2013 and personally signed, Ogunbambo, who recently enlisted a former President of the Nigeria Bar Association, Olisa Agbakoba, SAN, as part of his defence team, said that when his lawyers applied for bail before Onigbanjo, he was the only oil marketer connected to the case that was denied bail until the Court of Appeal approved of it
