At the resumed hearing of the case on Tuesday, counsel to Ogunbambo, Olisa Agbakoba, SAN, was represented by a junior counsel who informed the court that Ogumbambo was indisposed and was not sure he would attend the court session

The accused are facing a six-count charge of conspiracy, obtaining money by false pretences, forgery and use of forged documents

In the petition dated May 30, 2013 and personally signed, Ogunbambo, who recently enlisted a former President of the Nigeria Bar Association, Olisa Agbakoba, SAN, as part of his defence team, said that when his lawyers applied for bail before Onigbanjo, he was the only oil marketer connected to the case that was denied bail until the Court of Appeal approved of it
