The rights commission gave the award to the publisher at an elaborate ceremony held on Tuesday evening at its head office in Abuja.

Ibrahim made the observation in Bauchi at a public lecture titled “Unleashing Agricultural Potentials for Diversion of Nigerian Economy” organized by Alumni of Ahmadu Bello University as part of activities to mark the 2018 Democracy Day.
