A Federal High Court Lagos, on Wednesday, further adjourned until January 22, 2019 for report of settlement in a suit between MTN Nigeria Communications Ltd, and the Central Bank of Nigeria over repatriation of 8.1 billion dollars.

Justice Saliu Saidu also adjourned till November 8, hearing in a case of $2.0 billion tax non-payment made against MTN Nigeria by the Attorney-General of the Federation.
