The Head of Service, who was represented by the Head of Procurement, Akindele Oyefeso, said the theme of the retreat: “Government Policy Formulation/Strategy and Sustainable Development,” was apt now in the life of the nation

Oyo-Ita said government will do everything possible to sensitize Nigerians on the need to look inward and begin to have a change of attitude towards depending wholly on foreign goods rather than encouraging the growth of our local industries and locally made products
The Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, Winifred Oyo-Ita, who presented certificates of commendation and a laptop to each of the 12 officers on Wednesday in Abuja during the Permanent Secretaries’ service wide meeting, said the award was in keeping with her promise to honour, reward and encourage hard work in the Federal Civil Service
