This followed a roundtable discussion by both institutes, with the theme: “Nigeria and Russia in the Changing and Challenging World Order.”

The Minister of Interior, Dr. Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo, signed two of the MoUs on Wednesday and endorsed the third on Thursday.
NDDC Managing Director, Dr. Samuel Ogbuku, led the team that signed the partnership agreement between the two agencies.
It described the MoU as “partnership that speaks to Enugu State’s ambition, and to Nigeria’s evolving development story”.

The Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, of Nigerians in Diaspora Commission, Hon Abike Dabiri-Erewa, announced this at the signing ceremony of a Memoranda of Understanding (MOU) with InnoPower Africa, on the sidelines of the just concluded 8th Nigeria Diaspora Investment Summit in Abuja.

GOCOP President, Danlami Nmodu, signed on behalf of the Guild, while Lanre Arogundade, ICP’s Executive Director, signed on behalf of ICP.
The signing ceremony took place at Alausa on Monday.
The signing ceremony, according to a statement issued on Friday, had in attendance the Minister for Youth Development, Ayodele Olawande, the Permanent Secretary, Mr. Olubunmi Olusanya and other senior officials of the ministry.
The NDDC Managing Director, Dr Samuel Ogbuku, who spoke during a courtesy visit by a delegation from the PCNGI, led by the Programme Director, Engr. Michael Oluwagbemi, at the NDDC headquarters in Port Harcourt, stated that the CNG initiative was critical for the country.
Critical minerals such as copper, lithium, nickel, cobalt, and rare earth elements are essential to clean energy technologies.
The MoU was signed on behalf of the government by the Permanent Secretary of FMAFS, Temitope Fashedemi, and the President of FGV, Professor Carlos Ivan Simonsen Leal, at FGV Headquarters in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, on the sidelines of the G20 Leaders’ Summit.
The Commissioner for Transportation, Oluwaseun Osiyemi, made the revelation in a statement issued on Thursday in Lagos.
During the visit, the Vice Chancellor held quality discussions with the Director-General of NISER, Prof. Anthonia Taiye Simbine and other senior officials.
