The remains of the late veteran Yoruba comedian, Moses Adejumo, popularly known as Baba Sala, were buried in his Ilesa country home on Friday amid tears by family members and other sympathisers.
King Sunny Ade spoke with the News Agency of Nigeria in Lagos at a symposium organised in honor of Baba Sala, tagged: “The Role of a Stage Play in Nascent Democrac.”.
According to the newspaper, Adejumo, who hails from Ilesa in Osun State, died on Sunday night at the Obafemi Awolowo University Teaching Hospital Complex Annex (Wesley Guild Hospital) in Ilesa
This latest development is coming few weeks after he was reported sick and taken to the University College Hospital, Ibadan, Oyo State for medical attention
