On the occasion, which took place on Thursday in Abuja, the Minister of Youth and Sports, Solomon Dalung, emphasized that President Muhammadu Buhari’s determination to emplace appropriate governance and oversight structure for agencies of government was borne out of concern to rightly position the agencies to deliver the much needed service to the citizens.

Dalung gave the charge on Thursday in Abuja while inaugurating the governing boards of the NIS, Citizenship and Leadership Training Centre and National Youth Service Corps.
