Justice Inyang Ekwo fixed the date on Friday after taking arguments from Odili’s counsel, Ifedayo Adedipe (SAN), and Jimoh Adamu, who represented the NIS and its Comptroller-General.

At the resumed hearing of the matter on Tuesday, Odili’s Counsel, Ifedayo Adedipe (SAN), told the court that the NIS served him a preliminary objection challenging the jurisdiction of the court to hear the matter.
