The state’s Deputy Governor, Silas Agara, said this in Lafia on Tuesday when the Minister of State for Education, Prof. Anthony Anwuka, led Dr Hameed Boboye, Executive Secretary of Universal Education Board and other officials on a courtesy visit to him.
