Igboho’s aide speaks on his present location after arrest + Photo

Yoruba Nation agitator, Chief Sunday Adeyemo, popularly known as Sunday Igboho, has not been released by the authorities of Benin Republic, says his media aide, Olayomi Koiki.

The clarification followed reports that Igboho had been released and was already on his way to Germany.

The report was backed by a photograph of Igboho aboard a plane, which looked like a private jet.

Igboho was arrested in Cotonou alongside his wife, Ropo, on Monday night.

Koiki, who spoke with DAILY INDEPENDENT, said the report is untrue as nothing of such happened.
