A private jet with 10 persons onboard, including Very Important Personalities, has overshot the runway of the Samuel Ladoke Akintola Airport in Ibadan, the Oyo State capital.
According to Channels Television, an impeccable source told it that the incident occurred on Friday at about 11am.

The jet, with registration number: N580KR, missed the runway and skidded into the nearby bush.
Firefighters and rescue officials from the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria were immediately deployed to the scene.
But there was no death or casualty recorded.
The spokesperson of the Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority, Carol Adekotujo, told Channels TV: “It was a private plane from Abuja.
“It landed safely but overshot the runway.
“There was no casualty.”
