The helicopter of the Vice President, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo, has crash-landed.
The chopper crash landed in the early hours of Saturday as the Vice President continued his campaign for his reelection alongside President Muhammadu Buhari on the platform of the All Progressives Congress.
The chopper crash landed in Kabba, Kogi State.
According to his spokesman, Laolu Akande, Osinbajo and the entire crew of the helicopter were safe after the incident.
Akande said the Vice President is continuing with “his engagements and plans for the day in Kogi State”.
He added about 27 minutes after his initial Twitter post: “We give all the glory to God, our able protector and commend all the Flight Crew officials for their service.
“We are marching on for indeed we can do all things through Christ that strengthens us!”
