Kalu, a former two-term Governor of Abia State, wrote : “On a courtesy visit to my brother , Sir Emeka Offor who just turned 65 years. I joined his children to celebrate his 65 years of impacting on lives.”
It will be recalled that Sir Offor recently gave out 400,000 bags of 50kg long grain rice to widows and indigents in 179 communities of Anambra State.
He also presented books in various disciplines to 200 primary, secondary and tertiary institutions in Nigeria.
The gestures were to mark his 65th birthday.
