The defendants are being tried on four counts bordering on conspiracy, stealing, unlawful possession of stolen property and receipt of same.

The defendant, said to be a pastor, was arraigned on three counts of conspiracy, obtaining by false pretences and stealing.

Olamide, whose address was not provided, is standing trial on a one-count charge of stealing, to which he pleaded not guilty.

The defendant is standing trial before Magistrate D. S. Odukoya, on  three counts of stealing, malicious damage and breach of peace.

The police charged Salaha with theft but he pleaded not guilty to the charge.
