The company, owned by Seyi Tinubu, one of the sons of the National Leader of the All Progressives Congress, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, offered the explanation in a statement on Wednesday on its Instagram page.
Tinubu made the denial in a telephone conversation played on Channels Television on Wednesday against the backdrop of the killing and injuring of protesters at the toll gate, which some also liked ownership to him.

Tinubu said this in a statement by his Media Office on Wednesday in Lagos.

The party levelled the allegation on Wednesday in Benin, the Edo State capital.
Obaseki said this on Tuesday in reaction to a call by Tinubu that the electorate in Edo State should not vote for him in the September 19, 2020 election in which he is the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party.
He, therefore, called on Edo State voters to reject Obaseki, who is the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party.
Tinubu, who was on condolence visit to Sokoto State on Saturday, described the death as a great loss to the bereaved families and prayed for late Aliyu’s soul to rest in peace.

The helicopter crashed into a building in Opebi area of Lagos State, with two persons dying and one injured.
