The Senate, at last, now has a Chief Whip.
He is Prof. Sola Adeyeye.
The letter of his nomination was read at plenary on Wednesday by the President of the Senate, Dr. Abubakar Bukola Saraki.
The letter was written to the Senate by the South West caucus of the All Progressives Congress in the Senate.
Adeyeye is a strong voice in the APC in the South West and a lawmaker of repute.
