Rangers urge Christians to celebrate Easter according to COVID-19 directives

The Management of Rangers International FC of Enugu has urged Christians to celebrate Easter in line with the directives of health authorities as the world grapples with the Coronavirus pandemic.
Rangers General Manager, Davison Owumi, gave the advice on Sunday in Enugu.
According to him, the board, management, staff, players and coaching crew of Rangers wish the Christian faithful all over the world best season in spite of COVID-19 threat.
Owumi said in a statement by Nobert Okolie, the club’s Media Officer: “As Christians all over the world celebrate the resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ at Easter, we wish them and our supporters the best of the season.
“The management, however, calls for carefulness during the celebrations and observanc of health safety rules as directed by the authorities.
“Our prayers is that the Easter season, shall mark the beginning of the end of the pandemic.”
