Oshodi-Isolo Local Government in Lagos has signed 22 players and three coaches into the local government team known as IBMA Babes.
The Chairman of the local government, Bolaji Ariyoh, made this known in a statement made available to the News Agency of Nigeria in Lagos on Thursday by the Chief Press Secretary, Babajide Dada,
The chairman was represented by the Supervisor for Youths, Sports and Agriculture, Saheed Animashaun, during the sign on ceremony held at the council.
He urged the players to use the opportunity given to them by the local government to shoot up their careers to the best interest of the local government.
Ariyoh promised to support the team to ensure victory at the forthcoming J-League.
He urged the players to do the local government proud at the tournament.
