The National Assembly Elections Petitions Tribunal sitting in Zuba, the Federal Capital Territory, has adjourned the petition of Isah Dara of the All Progressives Congress till July 22.
Dara is challenging the declaration of Rep. Jisalo Zaphania of the Peoples Democratic Party by the Independent National Electoral Commission as the winner of AMAC/BWARI Federal Constituency in the March 28 elections.
The Tribunal Chairman, Justice Elvis Ngene, adjourned the case on Saturday to enable both parties file their final addresses.
Ngene gave Dara 10 days and Zaphania five days to file their final written addresses on the petition.
