Ademola Lookman has said he dreams of playing for Real Madrid or Barcelona after needing just a matter of minutes to introduce himself to Everton fans on his debut against Manchester City.
The 19-year-old came off the bench in the 90th minute as Everton were sailing towards a 3-0 win over Manchester city.
But Lookman added a fourth just minutes into his introduction, giving the Goodison Park crowd a glimpse of what to expect from him.
Ronald Koeman has faith in the England under-20 international, having paid Charlton £11 million for his services.
And in an interview prior to the match against City, Lookman admitted he won’t be resting on his laurels despite earning a move to the Premier League.
“One day I want to win trophies. Of course I want to play at the highest level – whether it be in England or Spain, I want to be at the top,” Lookman told The Sun.
“You have teams like Barcelona and Real Madrid.
“As a kid, I dreamed of playing for one of those teams and I suppose Manchester United.”
