Lokoja-Abuja Expressway flood subsides, normal traffic resumes

The flood that made the Lokoja-Abuja Expressway impassable on Thursday has subsided.
After a heavy downpour, the road became impassable.
This was largely at NATACO area in the Kogi State axis of the ever busy road.
This necessitated the Federal Road Safety Corps issuing an advisory to motorists on the traffic situation on the expressway.
But by Thursday evening, the Public Education Officer of the FRSC, Bisi Kazeem, told The Eagle Online that the situation had been brought under control.
Kazeem said the water had subsided and that the situation had been normalized.
