The candidate of the African Democratic Congress in the upcoming Kogi State governorship election, Leke Bejide, has told traditional rulers in the state that he will accord them their due regard, if he wins the election.
The candidate in the November 11, 2023 election made the pledge during his campaign tour of the state.
According to a video seen by The Eagle Online, Bejide told the monarchs: “I will respect all my traditional rulers.
“I will give you the due respect that is needed.
“|I will make sure any time I invite you, I will put you in the best hotel for you to enjoy yourself.
“I will not look down and put you inside sun.”
