Highly-rated Wolves youngster Dominic Iorfa is happy to remain with the Championship club, according to his father.
The 20-year-old defender was an impressive performer for Kenny Jackett’s side during the 2015-16 campaign as he made 42 Championship appearances as the West Midlands outfit finished 14th.
The England Under-21 international’s form has alerted the attention of a number of Premier League clubs, with West Ham linked with a move. However, Iorfa’s father has moved to quash any talk of a potential move for his son, declaring that he is happy to remain with Wolves for next season.
Dominic Iorfa Senior said: “It’s a lie and I wonder where that came from. Although he is wanted by several Premier League clubs, the final decision is a subject for his representatives and the club.
“As a professional footballer, he cannot be selective. Moreover, he is happy at Wolves and has an excellent working relationship with the club.”
