The Super Falcons of Nigeria have won the Female National Team of the Year back to back following their emergence as the Women’s Team of the Year at the CAF 2024 Awards.
The Eagle Online recalls that the Super Falcons won the Women’s Female Team of the Year at the 2023 edition of the CAF Awards.

The President of the Nigeria Football Federation, Ibrahim Gusau, collected the award on behalf of the team at the event at the Palais des Congrès in Marrakech, Morocco on Monday.
Gusau said the emergence of the Super Falcons as the best team on the continent for a second consecutive time was as a result of the consistent and excellent efforts being put in to develop women football in Nigeria.
